Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables
I made these using nice sweet red bell peppers and ground chicken in place of ground turkey. I also added a few chopped jalapeno chilies and some sweet peas to the recipe. The results were outstanding. A great recipe for stuffed peppers that I would highly recommend. These are delicious!

Zesty Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
With so much Cauliflower and Broccoli being around from the farmers markets this time of year, I'm always looking for new ideas for these. This salad was just wonderful! I used chopped walnuts and raisins (as another reviewer suggested) along with grape tomatoes and those along with a good quality natural Italian dressing really brought the flavors together into a great balance. This turned out to be a truly tasty side salad that was enjoyed by all. It is also very high in nutrients. I will make this one again and again. Thanks to the original author for making this fine recipe available.

Hot Apple Cider
This is PHENOMINAL! Just perfectly delicious. I just added one thing which is an old trick I recently learned from a New York State apple farmer who's family has been making hot cider for 150 or so years. Thinly slice and or chop up some McIntosh apples including the peel into small pieces and drop a small bunch of the apple pieces into each cup of hot cider just before serving. This makes a wonderful addition to this recipe, which I would say is the best hot cider I have ever tasted. Thanks so much for posting this great recipe. IT IS WONDERFUL!
