hey! Im a 17 year old guy into AC/DC, guitar, Hockey, friends, and most of all, cooking for them! my favorite things to cook are breads, cakes, and candys. but just between us...i like anything i can make! My family is filled with cooking expeirience. from my uncle owning a wine shop, his mom (the old, polish, and very sweet lady)that loves to cook, my grandma whom taught me many of the things i know today, but on the other hand there are my brothers that can't find their way out of a bag of Ramen. My cooking triumphs are few but great, considering that when i was 14, i completed the course 1 of Wilton cake decorating, and just recently was a waiter at a formal dinner held by the hospitality club at my school. well, once i tried to make spatzen, because my german church makes them (very tasty), but it was a mess that ended up tasing like flour!
