Slow-Cooker Posole
This was BY FAR the best slow cooker recipe I have made in a LONG TIME! It was rich, flavorful and hearty! The ONLY thing I did was cube a large potato to soak up the wonderful broth.....Thank you this was an awesome recipe and is now in my recipe book to stay!

Caldo Verde (Portuguese Green Soup)
This was OUTSTANDING...I loved it and so did the whole family. It was rich, hearty, and healthy. I have made it twice now and it is my new favorite! A side note, I used my boat motor/hand-held mixer to whirl up the kale even smaller because of the kids so the soup was even greener which was fun! I used Silva Sausage for the linguinca! TOTAL 5 STARS! Thank you!

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
This was an outstanding burger, the flavors all melded together PERFECTLY...even my kids loved it ( 2, 4, and 7 all cleaned their plates! An excellent way to sneak in spinach! ;) The ONLY thing I did differently was add about 1/2 panko bread crumbs because it was too moist! Otherwise it was a good change for beef hamburger!
