About this Cook
I grew up in a large Italian family in Philadelphia, so there was always some type of cooking going on. I recently got married to a US Marine who was raised in the South so i'm expanding my cooking to a whole new type of food.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook is meat balls, i love to play around and try different spices and ingredients to put in my meat everytime, my husband loves it too.
My cooking tragedies
My worst cooking tradgedy would have to be when i first moved to North Carolina, and i went from a gas stove to an electric stove. My father had sent down some Venison steaks and i wanted to broil them, so i placed them on a cooking sheet and seasoned and dressed them. I set the stove to broil and left the room for about 20 minutes, came back and they were completely burnt. So burnt they were stuck to the pan i had to leave the pan soaked for about a week in order to finally be able to scrape off the char.
