Flourless Chocolate Cake I
For serious chocolate lovers, this is the best. My family is GFCF so I make a thick raspberry sauce and use Soy Whip for topping. We are so in love with this recipe.

Lemon Syllabub
This has been very popular with guests. I love to serve it when I cook seafood. I pair it with lemon curd, either swirled or layred. Very nice.

Light, Crisp Waffles
Fantastic! I've been using this one for quite awhile and everyone loves it. I use a top quality Belgian waffle iron so I double the recipe. I freeze what we can't eat and pop them in the toaster to re-crisp and they are still good.
