-Prime rib at Christmas because i LOVE prime rib.
-Turkey at Thanksgiving because I love turkey also.

My cooking triumphs are anytime I sucessfully make something new.

I don't have many cooking tradgedies but occ aisionally i dont make the right amount of something. For example, I made sausage cabbage soup for 7 people but i cut the sausage too big so there was only 10 pieces
