Lemon Thyme Swordfish with Asparagus
Yes, a very simple & elegant meal! The swordfish was like butter, subtle flavors. I did use sour cream, because it was what I had on hand...but is such a quick, easy recipe, I had to give it 5 stars. Thanks.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
Great recipe, I've made it several times, easy, adaptable, a family favorite. I, too, double the sauce. A delicious dish! Thanks!

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy
This is a fun recipe, glad to have tried it, but don't think I'll use it again. Kinda sweet and soury for our tastes, but it was fun to try. Thanks!
