The cupcakes were great, but it was the frosting that was mind-blowingly awesome! I made these for a party and they were a big hit. I did add some mini chocolate chips to the cupcakes because everything is better with chocolate.

Holiday Cranberry Sauce

This is fantastic! This is the first time I've attempted to make cranberry sauce from scratch and I was blown away. The spices are perfect. I pulsed it slightly in the blender to make it a bit more saucy. I've put it on everything from waffles to a peanut butter (and cranberry sauce) sandwich.
