Chicken Enchiladas I
A+! This is so good that I always overeat. haha For a more authentic flavor, instead of topping this with one jar of taco sauce, I whip up a batch of the recipe on this site titled "Mexican Mole Sauce." I highly recommend it that way. The flavor is incredible!
