Hash Brown Casserole II

This was tasty! I used habanero cheddar cheese, since my husband is a fan of spicy foods. It gave it a great kick! This dish is a meal in itself! Thanks for the recipe!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies were awesome. The oats gave it an incredible texture, and switching the amounts of sugar and brown sugar as suggested made them nice and chewy. Thanks for a keeper! :)

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Awesome. I only used a 2 1/2 pound roast and cooked on low for 6-7 hrs. Perfect. Only changes made were to sear the meat beforehand, added a little salt and cayenne pepper, and I used chicken broth instead of water. The gravy was my husband's favorite part! Thanks for a great pot roast recipe! :)

Baked Coconut Chicken
