Roasted New Potato Salad With Olives

Awesome recipe. Love the dressing! The briny olives worked great alongside the natural sweetness of the onion and caramelized potato. Delicious.

Baked Ziti I

The base of this recipe is fantastic. I altered/augmented with some garlic, bell pepper and fresh basil. You won't be disappointed.

Purple Apple Slaw

Sweet, tangy and delicious. I bumped down the mayo a bit (~2/3 cup) and it was still excellent. Make sure to properly salt and pepper. Yum!
