Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Best oatmeal cookies! yum! I used all butter instead of shortening, and made half the batch with no raisins and the other half with dried cherries and walnuts. Both were very tasty!

Oatmeal Grapefruit Quick Bread
I used whole wheat flour instead of regular, and added a little extra honey. This bread is ok, but nothing special. Its has potential, but it definitely missing something... I just don't know what. It seems a bit dry and I'm sure a little applesauce would help. Might dry this one again, with a little experimentation.

Slightly Spicy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Much MUCH too thin... too thin to get off the pan and keep together. I'm sure they would have been great otherwise. next time I'll add more flour.
