Farmer's Casserole
This was not terrible, but I won't be making it again. I though it was kind of dry and didn't turn out anything like I expected. It was also pretty bland. My husband said he liked it but hasn't asked me to make it again so I'll take that as a no.

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms
This is pretty OK. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms but my husband loved it. I do wish there was more sauce to put over noodles, but otherwise tasty.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
This was very good and easy to prepare. I'll make it again, but only when shrimp is on sale. I served it with angel hair pasta. Just be careful about the baking time. You have to adjust the time depending on the size of shrimp you use.
