Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Excellent!! I followed the advice of adding 2 teasp. of baking powder, 1/2 teasp. salt and 2 tablespoons of vanilla and they are perfect. I have been making so many batches for family, school, church, etc that I have found a way to save time. When I am making a batch, I measure out an extra set of dry ingredients and keep them in ziploc bags. Then when I need a batch in a hurry, I have a bag with the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, and another bag with brown and white sugar. It speeds up the process greatly!! Thanks so much. I get requests all the time and it is so easy!!
