Orange Breakfast Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Here's what I did so I didn't have to roll each roll out, and it turned out great. I used 8 Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoons brown sugar pinch cinnamon orange zest, if desired Glaze: 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate, thawed 3 tablespoons powdered sugar Combine orange juice concentrate and sugar in a small bowl. Dip each roll in orange juice mixture until well coated. Place coated rolls in a sprayed 9-inch round cake pan or deep dish pie pan. Combine brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan onto cooling rack. Combine glaze ingredients and brush over warm rolls. Garnish with orange zest if desired

Teriyaki Chicken for the Busy Cook

This taste better if you use Sprite instead. With sprite I give it a 5 otherwise maybe a 2 or 3. What I do is add 1 Cup of sprite, 1/2 Cup of veg. oil, 1/2 Cup of soy sauce, and 1 tsp of garlic. I like to marinate 12-24 hrs. It's delish!!

Funeral Potatoes

I've made a recipe like this with just a few changes. Instead of using celery and mushroom soup I use two cans of cream of chicken, and use shredded cheese instead of process cheese. I also use crushed corn flakes instead of bread crumbs, and ad green onions. Very good.

World's Best Lasagna

Thank you John for this AMAZING recipe. I cook it all the time for friends, gathering whenever. Everyone absolutely LOVES it THANKS!!!This was so delicious. I will definitely make it again. The only changes I made were I used all tomato sauce instead of paste (didn't have any on hand). My husband said it was mouth watering. My entire family loved it, and they ask me to make it all the time. I also use this recipe when I want to impress guest.

Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
This Cake good. However I like it better if you use a white cake mix, and use strawberry or raspberry jello. I omitted the pudding completely. And used real whipping cream, so much better. The lemon was to strong.

This is a very yummy recipe. Even my picky brother, and sister ate it. The only change I made is I added some pineapple juice. It's a keeper.
