Egg Salad Sandwiches
I used Miracle Whip and didn't have onion flakes or dill weed on hand and it was still delish. I did go buy the onion flakes and dill weed for the next time I need to use up a bunch of eggs!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
Good flavor and easy to make! Another good recipe for chicken.

Jeff's Chili Con Queso
Dh absolutely LOVED it! It was the first attempt at making queso and boy what a winner! Great taste and texture. If you use a slow cooker you may want to line it first for easy clean up though.
