Daddy's Popcorn
I made this lowfat and only used 1 TBLS canola oil and 1 TBLS butter. It was fantastic. It even left grease on the paper towels in the bowl.

Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp
I use turkey bacon and they're awesome! I precook the bacon for 1 minute and wrap 1/2 slice per shrimp. I then place on a large broiler pan, baste heavily with barbecue sauce, and broil till extra crispy.

Mexican Turkey
Great recipe. I followed it exactly for the filling. I then put 1/2 cup salsa (store bought) in bottom of baking dish. Using flour tortillas, I rolled the filling with just a smidgen of cheese in each. Then I poured more salsa on top and baked for 30-40 minutes. Great for left over Thanksgiving turkey!
