Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
AWESOME but WAY TOO SALTY! Still give it five stars. Per other reviewers, I added carrots, and sauteed the onions in a little balsamic before adding. I brined my pork beforehand and it was super tender. I did cut the bullion and only use 2 cubes instead of 3 but next time I would only use 1 or half of 1. Nevertheless, this was delicious, and my pork chop hating hubby had two servings! I highly recommend this recipe. Like someone else said, it does sort of taste like an old fashioned roast but in much less time. Delicious!

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
Oh my deliciousness! This was fabulous. My husband RAVED! I used bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and onion. Following advice from others, I soaked my wooden skewers before I grilled on my indoor Cuisinart. Also, I soaked the onion for about an hour so it wouldn't burn while grilling. I put the green peppers (not blanched), onion, and tomatoes with a bit of olive oil and oregano about ten minutes before skewering. Served with mashed potatoes. Hubby was so happy - a good thing, too, because he really hated last night's recipe experiment. Thanks!

BBQ NY Strip
I have tried this one twice and my hubby had the same reaction both times so I thought it was worth reviewing. I followed the recipe exactly but both times, he felt it was just too bland, without enough kick. He would have prefered just plain grilled steak to a marinade he felt did nothing to enhance flavor. I found the flavor pleasant but I'm not the steak affectionado in the family. Anyway, probably won't make this again.
