ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I didn't make a LOT of fish (wished I did), so I had a lot of mustard sauce leftover. I am planning to use it on chicken, with the breadcrumbs, the same way! Salmon is my absolute favorite, and I was a bit worried that the mustard might be too much for it. I made sure it was only a thin layer, and it turned out PERFECT to both my husband's and my tastes!
