Potato Salmon Patties
WONDERFUL! Even with one egg (I wouldn't advise), because one egg was all I had. It crumbled some, but the flavor was perrrrrrrrrrfect! Make sure to have those 2 EGGS!!!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
Didn't seem to "crunch" enough with just the sesame seeds. Tasty, but I would add something like toasted ramen noodles to it...next time!
