Grand Marnier Brownies
I had never made brownies without a mix before this, so was a little concerned starting off. After reading reviews, I used 1/4 cup of Kahlua instead of the Grand Marnier (just because that's what we had on hand) and these came out fantastic! Our guests loved these brownies and have asked me already to make them again. Great recipe!

Spiced Ham Loaf
Made this with leftover holiday ham and froze most of it for meals later. Family loves the unique flavors and I have to say it's a great change to normal meatloaf!

Quick Ziti with Swiss Cheese and Ham
The cheese seemed to stay in clumps, so next time I think I'll add some milk to help make these creamier. My husband added some spice since the recipe was bland.
