Basic Pizza Crust

Tastes like one of the better pizza doughs from a pizzeria. Excellent. I needed more than 2 1/2 cups flour though.

Sweet Corn Bread

Moist, sweet and delicious. I used buttermilk rather than regular milk and it came out great. Even halfing the portions to make a smaller portion works great. If you're looking for a sweet, moist, great tasting corn bread this one will be perfect!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I still make these and by far these are the best ginger cookies I've tasted. I put a dash of nutmeg in mine and leave out the cloves. Awesome Recipe!

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

The best food I have ever made!! The pie was sweet and the walnuts, brown sugar, spices and pumpkin pie made this excellent. Using sweetened condensed milk I did not have to add sugar and it still came out very sweet. This recipe is a keeper!

Fried Plantains

My parents are from Jamaica where they eat plaintains and this recipe is exactly as they make it. It can be served with a traditional caribbean dish like one of the fish meals, rice& peas and so on. Yes, plaintains overly ripened are sweet and addictive!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake
