Sweet Potato Pie I
Wow! This is my favourite pie recipe and it's better than pumpkin pie. I made it for Thanksgiving. The only adjustment you might want to make to this recipe is using 2/3 cup of sugar instead of a whole cup. Although, if you like it sweet than use the whole cup. I've tried it both ways and they both taste good. Also, make sure you're adding a pound of sweet potato. I suspect people that are complaining about the pie not setting right and being loose haven't added enough sweet potato. I added a pound and it came out with a great texture and not the least bit loose.
