My cooking tragedies
One time I made one of the best looking cheesecakes I have EVER SEEN. But I was new to China and could not read Chinese at the time. I was so proud I was able to put this all together and not taste while I was eating. But instead of using a teaspoon of salt and a cup of sugar, I used a cup of salt and a teaspoon of sugar...and of course this is what everyone tried first
