Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Super yummy! I used italian seasoned breadcrumbs because it was all I had, and almonds instead of pecans for the same reason. Turned out good!

Champagne Punch III
Delish. I am now asked to make this punch at every party I go to. For a virgin version, use white grape juice instead of white wine and sparkling cider instead of champagne.

Fresh Broccoli Salad
Wow. This is by far, the best broccoli salad I Have ever tasted. I made a huge batch for a baby shower and everyone was raving about it and asking for the recipe. I did halve the amount of onion, and it was still too much, in my opinion. I also left out the bacon to make it vegetarian friendly, and didn't miss it one bit.
