Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Very good and very simple. I used canned corn, just added it after the soup began to simmer.

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

This recipe was very light and flavorful. I used Panko breadcrumbs and added italian seasoning instead of the seasoned italian breadcrumbs.

Cajun Red Snapper

This was quick & easy, I baked it and then broiled the fish to give it a more blackened look.
