I am a young woman who is married to a man who cooks a lot better than me!!! I'm not afraid to admit that he is a better cook, but I love making him a meal that he really enjoys! I don't have any really. making Thanksgiving dinner 3 years in a row!! I was cooking for my new boyfriend on his birthday (I can proudly say he's now my husband :) ). We hadn't been dating very long at all, only a month. All of the recipes that I used were from the internet, and I never got the chance to test out any of them. It all sounded good, and seemed easy enough to make so I gave it a try. I tend to stress out really really bad while cooking, So on the day of his birthday i was running around like a chicken with its head cut off! I got WAAAYY in over my head! I chose some kind of macaroni pie or something that did NOT go as the directions said it would. About the time he walked through my kitchen door to say hello, I spilled the runny, gooy cheese EVERYWHERE. It was all over my kitchen!!! Needless to say I was really embarrassed, and extremely frustrated. So I started crying, and he was laughing at me!!! Needless to say, we are married now, and my cooking skills didn't scare him off!
