Cool Whipped Frosting
An excellent alternative to sickening sweet frosting! This was just perfect! I used on a 2-layer cake and it held up nicely. Followed the recipe exactly and still had some left over. Thanks.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Pretty darn good! Simple recipe too. Great with a golden crust from the broiler. Thanks! Just don't forget the OldBay seasoning. =0)

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
i followed the recipe almost exactly, except for the swiss cheese. i didn't have any swiss on hand, so i used 3/4 c. mozzarella and 1/4 c. parmesan to substitute. the quiche was a little runny,just let it set up for a while after baking.
