Absolutely Delicious 'Scratch' Cake!
This is not a "Scratch" cake. If you want a ricotta cake made from "scratch" try Louisa's Ricotta Cake! You will be very pleased. YUM!!! Had to make it twice in 2 days for a family of 3 who devoured it!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was an easy delicious meal. I served it with brown rice and broccoli. Will be making this again soon!

Bean Soup With Kale
This was absolutely delicious! I even forgot to purée the beans and it was wonderful. Full of flavor. I also added some shredded cooked chicken just prior to serving. Will be making this again very soon!
