Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This is SOOOO good! For those who are having a tough time thinking it is enough batter...just use a beater and beat it well and it will get puffy and fill more than enough for a pie crust. It makes it light and creamy that way! Great recipe! Thanks!
