Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic
Made this on Saturday for my daughter's graduation party on Sunday. Outstanding. It was a hit with all of the polish relatives and even the non-polish! The night we made it I decided to add some spaetzels. I sampled it and thought it was OK. The next day, we warmed it and tried it again....it was excellent! I doubled the recipe, used 1lb of bacon and added the spaetzels.

Italian Wedding Soup I
This is a fantastic recipe and was a hit with the family. I trippled the recipe and I took one reviewers advice and added some beef broth along with the chicken broth. Instead of using orzo, I used acini di pepe but I added too much. Next time I will use 1c of the acini di pepe (if I triple the amount of soup made). Great recipe.

Avocado Feta Salsa
this was a hit for superbowl Sunday. I added the cilantro instead of oregano. No onions and I added a dash of sea salt. Excellent!
