Ham Pan Sandwiches
Not bad at all, I didn't have hot pepper sauce so it was a bit blan, but I fixed that by serving it with a dollop of tomato ketchup. Great recipe for those in a rush.

Creamy Rice Pudding
This was the first rice pudding I ever made and it was brilliant, i added raisins but they made it too sweet and overpowered the actually rice pudding. Also i think there is too much sugar in the recipe but still it tasted great.

Banana Nut Coconut Cake
This was the best banana cake I have ever tasted, i put in an extra banana and hazelnuts instead of pecans. Also i didnt have buttermilk so i just put normal milk but still it was great. I will definitely make it again.
