Silver's Savory Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
As others suggested, used Penne and mix everything instead of layering. Also added cayanne and curry to taste and topped with grated parmesan. My guys had seconds.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
The only canned tomatoes I had on hand was tomatoes with green chillis so, I decided to use cayenne pepper instead of Italian seasoning. I used the same measurements but next time a little less cayenne.

Halibut Weaver

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
Easy and quick. My neighbor is kind enough to share his Halibut from Alaska so our filets were nice and thick. I did not have mayonaise so used Miracle Whip and it worked fine. Otherwise, I did not change a thing.

Ty's Barbequed Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2007
My family liked this dish. I took the advice of freezing it overnight. I then cut the chicken into two inch chunks and put them on skewers and grilled. They cooked a little faster. You could compliment it with fresh vegetables likes mushrooms or peppers on a skewer too. Kind of turns it into a shishkabob meal.

Best Ever Cinnamon Pull Aparts

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2006
I used an tube cake pan and positionsed the biscuites upright overlapping each slightly. I sprayed the pan lightly with PAM first. I just guessed at the proportions of cinnamon and sugar and adjusted to our preference. Pecans with the melted butter on top was great. I checked at 25 minutes and that seemed perfect. I did not use Grands -- too big.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
This was a hit. I'm lucky enough to have pure grass fed Wyoming beef -- which helps. I sprinkled a little lemon pepper on the sirloin along with the garlic poweder and used 1 red and one green pepper; sliced the onions instead of chopping.

Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2006
My boys gave me an A for this one. I grilled the chicken with salt and pepper and shredded it. Next time I'll reduce the garlic powder by at least 1/2 tsp. I had to add more milk to make a thinner consistency.

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2006
Updated -- The first time I made this great. Second time, not so great. Third time, took too long to bake. Skip the pork chops, add some veggies and make as a side dish.
