Zuppa Toscana
Perfect!!! Just like Olive Garden!! I don't know what smoked sausage is so I used a roll of breakfast sausage and it was great.

French Onion Soup Gratinee
I always order this at restaurants and each place has a different tasting soup. I usually find it much too salty but this recipe was not. The only odd thing is that it was really sweet tasting. I agree with other reviewers and next time I will use white onion instead of sweet. I also thought I would have WAY too many onions when I cut them (I filled an entire mixing bowl) but they shrank down a lot.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII
I unfortunately did not read the reviews before I made this. If I had, I definitely would have cooked the carrots, celery and potatoes before putting them in the pie because they were very crunchy. I substituted Morton's nature's seasoning instead of salt and I added some thyme and peas. We loved it even with the crunchiness. I will make it again but like I said, cook the fresh veggies first!
