Chicken Pot Pie VIII
I unfortunately did not read the reviews before I made this. If I had, I definitely would have cooked the carrots, celery and potatoes before putting them in the pie because they were very crunchy. I substituted Morton's nature's seasoning instead of salt and I added some thyme and peas. We loved it even with the crunchiness. I will make it again but like I said, cook the fresh veggies first!
