Peach Muffins
Definately will not make this recipe again. The flavour was not bad, but they didnt even come out like muffins! Just sugar explosions, way to sugary and terrible texture, not nice and cakey. We picked at the tops a bit and didn't eat the rest. Do not recommend.

Spinach Quiche
Was really really tasty! I used a herbed feta in oil and it added a bad taste, so I definatly wont use that again, one of the herbs was too strong, but the rest of the recipe was amazing!

Chocolate Pound Cake III
I didnt make in a bundt pan, but instead springform pans and made a 2-tier birthday cake by doubling the recipe, and out of each recipe making a 10" and a 7" cake. Good flavour, but next time I wouldnt try to absorb so much liquid, it was almost a little soggy.
