Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes
SO good! I replaced the light cream with evaporated milk and added in some pampered chef garlic garlic. There was none left over.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
This was really good! I followed some reviewers' advice and sauteed the butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley plus dill first. I added diced tomatoes and placed thin lemon slices on top before cooking for 15 minutes @ 400. Definitely a winner!

Easy Meatloaf
I've been looking for a "traditional" meatloaf recipe, and this one definitely seemed to have promise. I followed the recipe as written but had to bake an extra 20 minutes. It was nice and moist, but the glaze was way too sweet. It was edible once we scraped the topping off. Bottom line -- okay but not a search-ender.
