Outside of my family, cooking is my passion. I love all aspects of a meal (finding the right recipe, experimenting, gathering all the ingredients---right to the dinner table). My husband and 3 kids appreciate the efforts made for each meal. Outside of the kitchen, I work part time at one of my children's school's as a supervisor. I am also a very proud soccer mom. I do not have a favorite food to cook. There are just too many flavors out there and technique's to try. I do however love the look, heat and flavor of chili peppers (hence my screen name). When preparing Osso Buco (with tong's that were too short), I received 3rd degree burns on my right finger's and hand from hot oil. Ouch!
