Sweet and Crunchy Salad

This was fantastic. I only soaked the noodles for 5 minutes and left out the onions due to personal preferance. I used oreintal flavored noodles as well.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Very good. I added mushrooms and fresh spinach. I used whole wheat lasagna noodles to make it a little healthier.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I really liked it, but with modifications. I eliminated the jalapenos, half the cumin and cayenne, added corn, and sour cream and tortilla chips at the end.

Loved it! I used more beef and beef broth instead of chicken. I also seasoned with salt & pepper. Next time I am going to try it without the celery and carrot since it was a little odd having it in it.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

I loved these. I used half baking soda/half baking powder. I also added a little butter flavored shortening. I added vanilla and salt, but next time I will leave out the salt.

Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder

So yummy! cooked potatoes in clam juice, added celery, used knors leek, and a little less bacon just because I do not love it.

Cranberry Meatballs

Really good! I added some onion soup mix & fresh parsley in the meatballs. I also did a little less BBQ sauce & a little ketchup.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

I tripled the honey and added salt to all the potatoes (covering them) I had to cook them for 40 minutes and then I put them under the broiler for a few minutes to make them a little crispier
