This was ok to me, I followed others advice and used gravy instead of broth, add worchester sauce and garlic powder and added some peas and corn, just did not love it.

This was ok, I used the half butter and half shortening and it still tasted too much like shortening. I may try again using either all butter or 3/4 butter to 1/4 shortening for consistency

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was good, but I think I followed other reviewers a little too much and will try again and stick to the original recipe. I did do 1/2 oil and 1/2 butter and it was really moist, where I messed up is the cinnamon/sugar/butter on top after cooking, not my favorite.

Butternut Squash Soup

This is was so yummy. I roasted the butternut like others suggested with butter, salt and pepper at 350 for 1 hr. I also used 4 cups chicken broth instead of water/bullion cubes. I also only did one cream cheese, and I added a couple of dashes of nutmeg. So good.!

These were so good. I used butter instead of margarine, and also cooked at 325 for 40 minutes, next time I will cook at 325 for 35 minutes, and I think it will make them perfect.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Wow this was amazing! I doubled the spices and added some potatos, carrots and celery about 3 hours into cooking. I also cut into slices 3 hours into the cooking as well to have it soak up the flavor. Will make again soon!

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

A good twist on traditional peppers. I cooked peppers for 3 minutes as others suggested. I added onion to the celery/carrot mixture. I also added panko breadcrumbs to the top for crunch.

This was great. I did change a few things. I added a layer of black beans, then sour cream. I also browned the beef with onions, green pepper and garlic. I also used about 2 cups of cheese.

Chicken In Sour Cream

Angel Chicken Pasta

This was really yummy. I used half white wine/ half chicken broth. I added some parsley and since I did not have golden mushroom soup I used cream of chicken, turned out wonderful. I also added some mushrooms and some summer squash from my garden.
