I am currently a stay-at-home mom with two little girls, ages 5 and 6. Before I my babies I worked in home healthcare caring for disable people, at a nursing home, and at a State psychiatric hospital (which was my favorite). I love to roast and grill almost anything. I adore seafood, but we don't really get the good fresh stuff in the midwest. Holidays in my grandmas kitchen. All of the women together cooking. Grilling anything. I've been told I have a real knack for soups and chowders. I think almost everything I cooked when I started (about 10 yrs old) was a tragedy besides grilled cheese, pancakes, and tuna casserole.
