Ham Loaf I
This recipe is nearly identical to my grandmother's recipe. We always had this for Christmas and I loved it. I now make it and it's a huge hit. The only thing I do differently sometimes is make the meat into balls rather than a loaf. It uses less cooking time.

Cranberry Salad III
I made this today for Thanksgiving and it was a hit. What I liked best about it was it's something different. I followed the directions exactly and don't think I would change a thing. I put it an 8x8 clear square dish and it fit perfectly and looked nice. I would point out the recipe doesn't say to let the first layer set for 10 minutes as some have said. It says let the first layer set, then spread the cream cheese mixture over that and refrigerate THAT for 10 minutes before putting the rest of the jello mixture on top.

Tater Tot Casserole IV
Talk about comfort! My family tried to balk at this dish, but once they tasted it, they were hooked. I did make a few changes. First, I used a package of frozen veggies and a can of diced potatoes. I used cream of chicken rather than mushroom, and I used 2 cans of it because the casserole seemed dry. I also cooked the tater tots for about 15 minutes before putting them on the casserole to make them crisper. I also put the cheese on the casserole before adding the tots so it bakes into the casserole. YUMMY!
