I am a mother of four but add a husband and it seems like five (at times.) I enjoy the great outdoors, we live in Michigan where we have four beautiful seasons.We enjoy snowmobiling in the winter and go-kart racing in the summer, we always have plenty to do. I enjoy throwing new things together that I haven't tried before. I am always looking for that special flavor that really heats up a dish. My time is somewhat limited but still enjoy being in the kitchen. If I had to pick a favorite thing to cook it would be lasagna. I use different variations all the time from different meats to different cheeses and different noodles. My favorite family cooking tradition would be the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Thats when my daughters and I spend alot of time in the kitchen together creating . It will always be one of my favoite memories.
