Beer Batter Fish Fillets
This is so good. I always add more flour, until it is the consistency of pancake batter, then it sticks on really well. I also make onion rings with the same batter as everyone is starting in on the fish. Leftover fish make great fish tacos the next day!! An added bonus!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
This is relly good with 1/2 pepper cheese. Tuna casseroles are often a little bland, and this gave it a little zip! My husband loved it.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
This soup is great after the holidays when your sick of ham and turkey. It is my familys all time favorite, even my picky teenages and 10 year old love it. I do used canned diced tomatoes just to ease the prep time. Thanks!
