Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)
THIS IS MY FAVORITE INDIAN RECIPE. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OTHERS, THIS IS THE BEST! ADDED SOME GARBONZO BEANS, 1 CAN, DRAINED. SPICES ARE PERFECT FOR ALL OF US, EVEN MY 12 YEAR OLD.

Beer Batter Fish Fillets
This is so good. I always add more flour, until it is the consistency of pancake batter, then it sticks on really well. I also make onion rings with the same batter as everyone is starting in on the fish. Leftover fish make great fish tacos the next day!! An added bonus!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
This is relly good with 1/2 pepper cheese. Tuna casseroles are often a little bland, and this gave it a little zip! My husband loved it.
