This review is coming from someone who couldn't even manage a boxed cake herself, and now is making her own homemade pie crust!! I followed the instructions word for word and the crusts came out wonderful! They actually tasted like my grandma's which brought a tear to my eye because I had to resort to allrecipes.com because I never got her recipe for pie crusts. They came out nice and moist, not flaky and falling apart! EXCELLENT!!

This recipe was excellent. I think people need to realize that this is a very mild tasting meaty fish (for those that said it was bland). Tilapia is my favorite fish, so I already knew the 'original' taste. My brother and father loved this recipe, and I am an absolute horrible cook! They were very impressed and ate it as fast as I took it out of the oven. If you are a tilapia fan, this is highly recommended. This tastes like the restaurant!
