Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
I modified this recipe by preparing Cornbread Stovetop Stuffing, placing it in the pocket of the tenderloin and then wrapping with two pieces of thick sliced bacon. I added no other spices. After tying with toothpicks I baked it about 50 minutes. Delicious - no left-overs.

Old-Fashioned Green Beans
This is a great recipe for fresh green beans. I added onion and a few new potatoes - otherwise, used the recipe as it is written. We totally enjoyed it the next day too with some added "off the cob" corn!

Easy Seven Layer Vegetable Salad
Very easy to prepare. I use Lite salad dressing and Splenda to cut calories where I can. I've also learned that my family likes this recipe even more when it is tossed right before serving. No one gets a glob of salad dressing that way. One can also add whatever vegetables the group likes best - it's always good.
