The patties come out great. I had no problems with them falling apart. The key is to only turn them once. The sauce I will work on the next time I make it though. The ketchup was a little weird for us so I may just cut it back next time as the sauce looked more red than brown. Overall a good recipe though. Will be making it again.

Great meatloaf recipe. Fits perfectly into a loaf pan and really stays together. So many meatloafs fall apart while baking or when cutting. Bravo!

This is a great recipe! I use different combinations of cheese everytime I make this and so far monterey jack and cheddar cheese is the best combination. One variation I have found that we like better is melting the sourcream and cottage cheese down with the cheese before combining with the macaroni. It makes it into more of a cheesy sauce for those people who aren't used to homemade style mac and cheese.
