Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are amazing they just melt in your mouth. I followed the recipe but only had mini chocolate chips and chopped pecans.I will make these again and again!

Anniversary Chicken I

Much to my surprise this was really good. The flavors meshed so well together. My whole family loved it! The kids just thought it was the best chicken ever. I will make this many more times. I made exactly as the recipe was written Thanks!

Amish Bread

It has been quite ahile since I made bread complety by hand ( no bread machine) but this recipe is so easy. It has a very nice texture with that hint of sweetness. I made 3 loaves kept 2 and shared the 3rd here at work. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder

This is easily one of the best soups I have ever had! 1 of the top 5. It has so much flavor and is so simple to make that my 13yr old did it by herself. The only change I made was I only had 6 slices of bacon and not 1/2 pound. The combination of leeks, bacon and onions was incredible! This soup is a keeper! Thanks Cindy!!

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

I have never had much luck making make and cheese but this recipe is so easy it came out AWESOME! The one and only thing I did different was I omitted the breadcrumbs because my kids don't like them. Other than that I made it as written. It was creamy and gooey. My 4 yr old niece said it made her tummy all warm. I will be making this often! thanks!

Flatlander Chili

My family loved this chili it wasnt too spicey for the kids but spicey enough for hubby the only change I made was I subbed 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes for the tomato juice. I will be making this often this winter!

These were simple cookies to make the only change I made was I used crunchy peanut butter. next time I will add a little flour. My kids LOVED them! I will be making these again and again!

Greek Pasta Salad

Awesome salad! I made it for the ladies in my office and they loved it!.It had beautiful colors. I couldnt find a red bell pepper so I used an orange. I also used bowtie pasta. Those are the only changes I made. I will be making this often.

I made the recipe exactly as written the only thing I did do was add another can of soup so there would be more gravy We loved this recipe! It was so tasty and very simple to make. The kids loved it too! Great flavors. I will be making this often.

This was really good! I made a few small changes, I left out the oregano and I added 3 cloves minced garlic and 1 shallot. I will make this again for sure. Hubby and kids loved it too!

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

We love this! Super easy and very tasty. I made a few changes ONLY because I was missing some things in my pantry. I didnt have Sage or Thyme so I used garlic powder and cumin I also a can of diced green chilis at the end for a little heat. I will definetly make this again!

We didnt really care for this recipe, it wasnt bad , it just wasnt to our tastes. It was too sweet and not spicey enough.But I havn't given up! I will make it again with a few changes. #1 being to omit the tomatoe soup.

Salmon Cakes II

We made these lastnight, they tasted wonderful! and were pretty easy to make with not alot of mess. The only changes we made was we added about 1 tablespoon of mayo to help hold them together.We also added just a dash or 2 of Old Bay seasoning. We will make these again and again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was really good. Recipe was very easy to follow, hubby did it all by himself. The only changes we made were we reduced butter to 1 1.2 cups reduced mustard to 1 tablspoon and we added just a little bit if Ol Bay Seasoning we will definetly make this again.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

we liked this alot. The only thing I changed was I sauted everything before I put it into the oven adding a little pepper and brown sugar then and the rest when I baked it. It made a lovely sauce at the bottom of the pan. Next time I will either cook for a shorter time or cut the sweet potatoes into larger pieces, they were slightly over cooked. Otherwise VERY VERY TASTY! And looks pretty on a serving dish.

Southwestern Chicken and White Bean Soup

My kids loved this soup! It was zesty without being spicey hot. I did alter very slightly. It needed more liquid so I added 1 more cup of broth and I only added 1 teaspoon of cumin instead of 2. I will Definitely be making this again.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

I loved this and so did my family! Even my picky 10 yr old asked for 3rds! Very simple a great dish for those quick weeknight dinners. The only thing I changed was I left out the canned mushrooms. I will make this again and again.
