Stuffed Artichokes
Loved it! the only thing I did different was I used Canoil oil instead. Before I studded the artichoke, I rubbed the outside with oil, I feel it helpd hold the flavor in. I also continously added water and oil to the pot to help steam. Tasted great!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I was looking for a chicken recipe and found this one. I did not want the sauce and did not want to fry, so I pounded chicken, lightly breaded in egg and bread crumb, then stuffed with cheese and ham, baked until juices ran clear. Wow, everyone loved it!

Linguine With Clam Sauce
loved the recipe...I addded a little white wine and lemon jucie, tasted great.
