Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I was looking for a chicken recipe and found this one. I did not want the sauce and did not want to fry, so I pounded chicken, lightly breaded in egg and bread crumb, then stuffed with cheese and ham, baked until juices ran clear. Wow, everyone loved it!
