Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
These were super easy to make with only a few ingredients (that I always have on hand). Great for sharing. I didn't have raspberry jam so I covered half with apricot and half with blackberry and it was still delish. Really work the butter into the crumb with your hands so it will stick together after cooking. Enjoy!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Perfect! Don't change a thing. I had a lot of leftover topping even after caking it on the top but it definately makes this muffin perfect.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
Followed recipe exactly and did not care for these at all....not sure what happened. I was expecting more from the reviews. I hate wasting food.
