I love baking. I enjoy making cakes, cookies, and candy especially for the holidays. Some people are intimidated about baking, but I find it fun.

Most of what I know how to do now has been self taught. My mom never really liked to bake.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
We enjoy this casserole every Christmas and some special mornings throughout the year. The only change I make is to add more eggs btwn 6-8. Just remember to add the same amount of toasted bread slices and the ratio is perfect. I also used maple sausage for this past holiday and my family really loved it.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
I make this recipe often. The only thing I might do differently is put all the potato/cheese/bacon mixture into a casserole dish and add more shredded cheese on top. Saves time and my family loves it.

White Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Absolutely delicious. Home and work really enjoyed this recipe. The only thing I did differently was to omit the nuts, (family request). But they were still delicious! Thanks for sharing.
