Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Excellent taste, a little heavy on the middle layer of cream cheese so I would double the jello layer next time.

Carrot Cake III
Excellent! Received rave reviews. I made a few slight changes as recommended, 3/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. For the frosting only used close to 3 cups of powdered sugar and probably could have used a little less but it was still GREAT!

Mexican Corn Chowder
I followed the recipe to a t and found it to be a very thing chowder and lacking in flavor. I will try it again but definitely modify it with some peppers and creamed soup or creamed corn.
